Q1. How to test the led tube light?

Q2. How to make a led tube light circuit?
A: There are 2 kinds of existing circuit boards used for LED tube lights: aluminum PCB and glass fiberboard.
- Aluminum PCB: Most of the tubes on the market are made of aluminum PCB. Aluminum substrate structures from top to bottom are circuit board layer, thermal insulation layer, and aluminum base layer.
- Circuit board layer: mainly with a strong current-carrying capacity of copper foil for the circuit, the price of copper is relatively high, so the thickness of copper foil directly affects the price of aluminum substrate. Some of the markets to do aluminum PCB copper foil to do a little thinner, the price is cheaper, but the product’s current-carrying capacity will be reduced.
